Lucknow 24 March. Every year more than one lac women are being evicted from their family due to TB in the country. This is the most unfortunate aspect of this disease. Today this information was given here by the Health Minister Ananat Kumar Mishra to the delegation of Indian Media Centre for Journalist (IMCFJ) on the occasion of World TB Day. IMCFJ is linked to the Central government’s campaign Akshay running against Tuberculosis. On this occasion several aspects of the campaign running against TB was discussed in Uttar Pradesh. Pawan Kumar, the leader of IMCFJ delegation said that the magnitude of TB can be imagined by this that every year 20 lacs people become TB victim in India. He added that according to estimation in every three minutes two people are dying due to TB.
